Terms of Service

These terms govern use of rankrecast.com, the Rank Recast dashboard, and monthly Google Business Profile services provided by Muscott Digital, LLC under the Rank Recast assumed name.

The service

We provide ongoing Google Business Profile and Google Maps optimization for each location you engage us to manage. Results depend on competition, Google’s systems, and the accuracy of information you provide. We do not guarantee first-place rankings.

Fees and billing

Fees are billed monthly in advance for each Google Business Profile. There is no annual contract. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Canceling stops future renewal; the current period remains available through its end date. Monthly work starts after the free audit.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to grant Google Business Profile access for each location, keep business information accurate, and use the dashboard in accordance with Google’s policies. You remain the owner of the Google Business Profile.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muscott Digital, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for ranking changes caused by Google. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
